WIMS — SUPPORTERS FLIGHT OPTION
Cancellation & Refund Policy | May 28, 2027 Departure

1. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments toward the Supporters Flight Option, including the $100 reservation fee, are non-refundable, except for the limited cancellation benefit expressly stated below.

WOLF INNOVATION MANAGEMENT SPORTS INC., operating as WIMS Group (“WIMS”), must make payments and financial commitments directly to the airline to secure the group’s flight reservations.

2. Cancellation on or Before April 12, 2027
WIMS must receive written cancellation notice no later than April 12, 2027, inclusive. The following provisions apply:

• Supporters who paid in full: A refund will be issued equal to one installment under the five-installment flight payment plan, representing 20% of the flight fee. All remaining amounts paid are non-refundable.
• Supporters paying in installments: Only the fifth and final flight installment, representing 20% of the flight fee, will be waived and will not be charged. All other flight installments remain payable according to the agreed schedule. No amounts already paid will be refunded.

The $100 reservation fee remains non-refundable and is not included in the cancellation benefit.

3. Cancellation After April 12, 2027
For cancellations received on or after April 13, 2027, no refund will be issued and no remaining flight installments will be waived. Any outstanding flight balance remains payable in full, even if the supporter does not travel.

4. Written Cancellation Notice
Cancellation requests must be submitted to the WIMS email address provided in the booking confirmation and identify the booking holder and each passenger canceling. Eligibility is determined by the date WIMS receives the written notice.

5. Scope and Acceptance
This policy applies to voluntary cancellation of the Supporters Flight Option. It does not automatically cancel any other trip services or override rights that cannot legally be waived.

By registering and paying the reservation fee, the booking holder confirms acceptance of this policy and the agreed flight payment schedule.
