Terms & Conditions

These Payment Terms and Refund Policy apply to all participants registered for the Madrid Supporters Package - Spain Tour organized by WIMS and BCD Travel Agency.
By registering and submitting payment, the participant/s acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below. 

Refund Policy

All payments made toward participation in the Supporters Package for the Madrid Supporters Package are considered final and non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below.
Refunds will only be considered in accordance with the schedule and criteria detailed herein.

Payment Schedule

At the time of registration, the supporters package leader is required to make an initial $400.00 Supporter Package Reservation Payment. The remaining Supporter/s Package balance will then be divided into six (6) substantially equal installment payments due on the following dates:

• November 4, 2026
• December 2, 2026
• January 13, 2027
• February 17, 2027
• March 17, 2027
• April 14, 2027

Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
(Non-refundable due to advance bookings, hotel reservations, and travel commitments required by this date) 

• Supporter Package Reservation Payment (due at registration)
• November 4, 2026 Installment
• December 2, 2026 Installment
• January 13, 2027 Installment
• February 17, 2027 Installment
• March 17, 2027 Installment

The installment due on April 14, 2027 , is subject to the conditional refund provisions established in the policy.

• 50% refundable of April 14, 2027 installment if notified no less than 15 natural days after the payment date, (i.e., by April 29, 2027).

Match Tickets
Any tickets purchased for a Spanish professional football match are non-refundable once purchased or committed on behalf of the participant.

Conditional Refund

Refunds will be considered only for the last payment, subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing via official email to ruben.ramirez@wims.es / ethan.kim@wims.es
• The written request must be received no later than 15 days after the payment (i.e., by April 29, 2027)
• A 50% refund of the Payment will be issued only if the written notice meets the above condition.
• After April 29, 2027, no refunds for April 14, 2027 Payment will be issued.

Payment Deadlines

All payments must be made on or before the following due dates:

• Supporter Package Reservation Payment (due at registration)
• November 4, 2026
• December 2, 2026
• January 13, 2027
• February 17, 2027
• March 17, 2027
• April 14, 2027
• May 5, 2027

If payments are not received by these indicated dates, the supporter will not be eligible for any refund requests.
Payments must be made on time in order to even be considered for a refund. All payments are logged with time and date of receipt.

If proof is shown that a wire transfer was sent to the WIMS account before the deadline, the payment will be considered on time even if it arrives after the deadline due to bank delays.

Payment Conditions

All payments must be made on or before the specified due dates listed above.

• Payments not received by their respective deadlines will result in loss of eligibility for any refund consideration.
• Proof of wire transfer or transaction confirmation showing the payment was sent before the deadline will be accepted in case of bank delays.
• Refund eligibility applies only to accounts that have maintained all payments on time.

Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the control of the organizers - including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, airline disruptions, or other unforeseen events - refunds will not be guaranteed.

Any potential refund will only be issued to the extent that the organizers are able to recover costs from airlines, hotels, bus companies/agencies, or other service providers involved in the travel arrangements.

Legal Notice

This refund policy has been prepared to ensure clarity while protecting both the organizers and participants. All terms are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Important Notes:

• Reservation Fee and first four (4) Payments are strictly non-refundable.
• 5th Payment eligible for 50% refund only if cancellation is received by April 29, 2027.
• 6th Payment eligible for 50% refund only if cancellation is received by May 20, 2027.
• All refund requests must be made via official written email to ruben.ramirez@wims.es / ethan.kim@wims.es
• Payments must be made on time to qualify for refund consideration.
• Proof of payment sent before the due date will be accepted in case of bank delays.
