Participant Agreement
Waiver & Consent

I/We, the undersigned, affirm that I/We am/are the legal guardian(s) or parent(s) of the camper enrolled.

Medical Authorization:
I/We grant permission to the staff of the WIMS Select Summer Camp to obtain necessary medical care for the camper in the case of an accident, illness, or injury. This includes the right to administer first aid or contact emergency services if needed. I/We understand that any medical expenses incurred, not covered by the camp's supplemental insurance, will be my/our responsibility.

Participation & Liability Release:
I/We confirm that our child is physically and mentally capable of engaging in all soccer camp activities. I/We recognize that participation in sports, especially soccer, involves inherent risks such as physical contact, falls, weather-related challenges (including heat and humidity), and uneven field conditions. By signing this agreement, I/We voluntarily accept all such risks.
Furthermore, I/We release and hold harmless Wolf Innovation Management Sports inc., the WIMS Select Summer Camp team, its staff, officers, representatives, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising during camp activities or while on camp grounds, whether or not due to negligence. I/We acknowledge that refunds will not be issued in the event of injury.

Media Release for Promotional Use:
I/We authorize Wolf Innovation Management Sports inc. to capture and use photographs or video recordings of the camper for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.

Inclement Weather Policy:
If bad weather arises during camp, all campers will be directed to a pre-designated safe shelter area. Should the camp be called off after it begins, we ask parents/guardians to promptly return to collect their child. Please note: we do not have indoor facilities to continue programming during such interruptions.

Refund, Cancellation & Postponement Policy:
If you wish to cancel your registration, you must provide written notice via certified mail, courier, or email to ethan.kim@wims.es (confirmation of receipt required). The following cancellation fees will apply:

• Cancellations received more than 90 days before camp start date: a $95 administrative fee will be retained.
• Cancellations received between 90–60 days before camp: 50% of the total fee will be retained.
• Cancellations within 60 days of the camp start date: no refunds will be issued.
• No-shows and equipment already sent out are non-refundable.

Camps may be altered, rescheduled, or canceled at our discretion, including due to low enrollment. If WIMS Select Summer Camp cancels the camp, a full refund will be issued within 30 days or participants may opt to transfer their registration to another available session. In the event of a postponement, participants will receive a credit of equal value toward a future camp.
Our liability in such cases is limited to a refund of the registration fee. We are not responsible for any additional losses or expenses, including but not limited to travel or accommodation costs. If a camp already in progress is interrupted or terminated due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds will not be available.

Minor Media Consent:
I/We grant full permission for my/our child to be photographed or recorded during their participation in WIMS Select Summer Camp for lawful purposes such as advertising, digital content, and promotional use. I/We understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
